Delete your Loopbuy account

For owners and staff who use the Loopbuy Manager app or the Loopbuy web dashboard.

How to ask

1. In the Loopbuy Manager app, open Account → Delete my account, which writes the email for you; or
2. Email hello@getloopbuy.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Loopbuy account".

We confirm by email within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Staff account: your name, email, phone, password and PIN.
• Owner account: the business account and all of its data: staff accounts, settings, menus, orders, job cards, appointments, call transcripts and recordings, and customer records.

Data is removed within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example, payment records) are kept only as long as required.
